Thank you for your interest in Thomas University's off-campus master's programs.

To reserve your seat in a cohort we will need your application, registration form and $50 application fee. These items are found in Steps 1-2 and can be completed by clicking the button next to each step.

Thomas University strictly limits enrollment in each program to 25 students and accepts reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please complete steps 1-2 to reserve your seat in the cohort:

Step 1: Application

Complete and submit the cohort application by clicking the button to the right.


Step 2: Application Fee

Use our secure payment center to submit your tuition deposit online or complete page 5 in the Student Information Packet and return by fax to 800-504-7618.

Once your seat has been reserved, please follow the remaining steps to complete your admissions file:

Step 3: Financial Aid and Payment Options

Determine how you plan to pay for the program: Financial Aid or Pay-As-You-Go. If using Financial Aid, Complete the FAFSA. It is in your best interest to complete the financial aid process as early as possible.

Step 4: Official Transcripts

Arrange for official, sealed transcripts from all colleges or universities attended to be sent to Thomas University.

Step 5: Reference Forms

The easiest and fastest way to request a reference is to use our online system. This will allow us to e-mail reference forms directly to your recommenders on your behalf. Each applicant must submit three recommendation forms from professional or academic references.

Step 6: Personal Statement

Please submit a personal statement of your career and educational objectives. Your statement should not exceed two pages. You may upload your statement directly to the Graduate Information Office or return by fax (800-504-7618), e-mail, or mail.


Step 7: Copy of Teaching License

Thomas University requires a copy of your Teaching License in order to be admitted to the program. You may upload your teaching license directly to the Graduate Information Office online, or return by fax, e-mail, or mail.
